                                             The Kure by the Sea HOA. Complaint Process
1.  After receipt of emailed or mailed completed complaint form, the board has 2 business days to determine if the                    complaint is viable.

2. After the 2 business days, an emailed letter or letter for our non-e mail members will be sent listing the                                     violation/complaint and the covenant or by-law of the infraction. The member will have 10 days to respond.

3.  If no response in 5 days, a reminder email will be sent.

4.  After 10 days, on the 11th day a registered letter will be sent.  The letter will explain the member has 10 days until a              hearing by a panel of their neighbors to determine if a fine will be imposed. 

If member is found out of compliance, at the hearing, they will have five days to correct the situation. On the sixth day a fine will begin.
