NOTICE

The Annual Meeting of KBSHOA will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 9:30a.m. in The Kure Memorial Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall.

The church is located at 117 N. Third Avenue and the Fellowship Hall is located directly behind the church

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please send the name of a person who will vote your proxy to: kurebysea@aol.com so that we will have a quorum for the meeting

Kure by the Sea HOA Annual Meeting April 13, 2024
Kure Lutheran Memorial Church

 The meeting was called  to order at 9:00 am by President Pat Triplett. HOA members were welcomed and were asked for introductions.
Secretary’s Report - Pat Edgecomb

Motion to accept minutes for Kure by the Sea 2023 annual meeting as posted was made by Rod Clayton and was seconded by Alan Becket. The motion was approved.

 Treasurer’s report -  Barbara Bass
2023 budget expenditures for checking and savings accounts was reviewed by Barbara Bass Treasurer. 2024 budget was reviewed. Motion to approve the Budget report was made by Tom Warmuth and motion was seconded by Alan Becket. The motion was approved.

 Report from the Board - Pat Edgecomb
The report from the Board was made by Pat Edgecomb. HOA members who helped with HOA projects were thanked. Chul Choi, Phil Ridge, Al Quiros, Rod Clayton, Jim Johnson, Kent Uveling, Neil Ridge, Pat Triplett, Gary Walker, Ryan Humphrey, Rich Wright, Kristen Daniels

 Town Issues were discussed:
paid parking March 15 - Sept 30 8:00am -5:00pm daily
toy bins on the beach ‘Use a toy, leave a toy’
Beebot machine used for cleaning trash

Tom Warmuth ARC 
Kent Ulveling was appointed to the ARC by President Pat Triplett. ARC report was presented and was filed.

 Fred Edgecomb Maintenance
Repair gazebo roof, replace solar lights

 Rich Wright Website
Members were ask to update email addresses and phone numbers.

 Old Business
Beach Access report
HOA communicate more
Responsibility of home owner to repair damages
Rod Clayton to send report.

New Business
Committee volunteers for Beach Access needed

Board Nominations. No nominations from the floor. Rich Wright made motion to elect current Board to serve until March 2025. Motion was seconded by Alan Becket. The motion was carried.

The Board was thanked for service by HOA member Victoria Galliera

 Motion to adjourn was made by Tom Warmuth and was seconded by Rod Clayton.

 Meeting was adjourned at 9:52pm.
